Circumstances:  UPDATE PICTURES ADDED Be on the lookout for a missing or abducted child from Montgomery
               County, Ohio. Last seen on 3304 Cornell in the city of Dayton at 7/28/2011, 1:37:00 am.
               The child's name is Dewayne Wills Jr, a 2 year-old Black male, 3'0" tall, weighing 30,
               with brown hair and brown eyes. The child was last seen wearing a white tank top and grey
               shorts. The suspect's name is Dewayne A. Wills, a 39 year-old Black male, 5'10" tall, 225
               pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The suspect was last seen wearing a white v-neck
               t-shirt and black cargo pants. The non-custodial father abducted the child from a moving
               van. Suspect is armed with a handgun and fired shots at the vehicle during the abduction.
