with brown hair and brown eyes. The child was last seen wearing a white tank top and grey
shorts. The suspect's name is Dewayne A. Wills, a 39 year-old Black male, 5'10" tall, 225
pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The suspect was last seen wearing a white v-neck
t-shirt and black cargo pants. The non-custodial father abducted the child from a moving
van. Suspect is armed with a handgun and fired shots at the vehicle during the abduction.
